My daughter turned 1 month old today! To celebrate that she slept from 10 PM to 4 AM. Sadly I couldn’t take advantage of that since today was a scheduled (and much needed) rest day. I’ve logged 21.8 miles Sunday through Tuesday this week, which as you’ll learn, is a lot for me. I think last week I only logged 20 miles total? Anyways, I tried to do a bit of cross training and hopped on the Peloton to spend 30 minutes with the wonderful Leanne Hainsby. This is the last week of my paternity leave before I head to work next week. Womp womp. Here’s to getting 40 miles this week! What are some goals you have for this week?
